Leo Bottary is a renowned expert in leadership development, an award-winning author, a sought-after keynote speaker, and a dedicated instructor at Rutgers University. With over 500 programs delivered worldwide, he has made it his mission to enhance teamwork, communication, and leadership in organizations of all sizes.

Academic Career

Leo's academic journey includes teaching at Seton Hall University and being named adjunct teacher of the year at the College of Communication and the Arts.

Career Highlights

He has held senior leadership positions at MullenLowe and Hill+Knowlton, where he also served as Director of Client Service for the US. Leo founded a highly acclaimed public relations agency in the mid-1990s, recognized as a regional powerhouse, a new media pioneer, and a great place to work.


Leo earned a BA from Jacksonville University, an MA in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University, and completed his doctoral coursework at Northeastern University.
