Deb Milimaka Miles

With in-depth real-life expertise and proven results in building and guiding dynamic high-growth, high-performance teams, Deb’s extensive leadership experience spans over 30 years in both public and private settings internationally. She has held executive C-Suite roles in widely diverse industries (Technology, Finance, CPG, Cannabis, Government) with leadership responsibilities including human resources, organizational change, strategy, executive development and training, operational P&L management, labor relations, communications and organizational transformation. Restructures, Acquisitions and Divestitures have become a specialization.

As a Chair for TEC-Canada / Vistage International, Deb Chairs two CEO & Advanced Leader Advisory Boards and is currently building a third CEO Board. She mentors and coaches professionals across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, as well as the Canadian Air Force. She also serves as an active Board Member of ARBI (Association for the Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured) and sits on its Governance and Finance Committees.

Deb now shares her expertise as an Owner with a recent acquisition of Leaders Who Coach LLC and is looking forward to working closely with leaders from across North America to elevate the effectiveness for their teams and their organizations.
