Since childhood, I have naturally stepped into leadership, with a deep conviction that human and economic performance can grow together. I have created and led businesses, and accompanied leaders across four continents. I have seen cultures that exhaust and isolate, and others that uplift and build.

Today, my role is to walk with my peers, creating the conditions where people feel safe, seen, and fully alive at work, so honest conversations and courageous decisions can emerge, and workplaces give energy instead of taking it.
