Jane-Scott Cantus
Jane-Scott Cantus is a Collective Leadership Strategist with more than 25 years of experience advising Boards, CEOs, and founders at the intersection of governance, strategy, and leadership. She helps organizations build leadership as an organizational capability—aligning how they govern, where they are going, and how leadership is exercised across the enterprise.
She specializes in Collective Leadership, helping leadership teams develop the shared clarity, decision quality, relational trust, distributed capacity, and mutual accountability required to operate with collective coherence. Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership growth is accelerated through disciplined interdependence: leaders strengthen judgment, expand perspective, and increase their capacity when they learn with and from one another.
As a Vistage Chair and Certified Peernovation Facilitator, Jane-Scott convenes CEOs, senior executives, and trusted advisors in peer environments designed to challenge thinking, accelerate learning, and translate insight into stronger leadership and business performance.
She is also an Executive Partner at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a former Fellow at UVA Darden’s Institute for Business in Society.
