Meredith Jolly

Meredith Jolly is a former software CEO, two-time successful exit executive, Vistage Chair, Certified Peernovation Facilitator, and sought-after speaker who brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to the executives and teams she serves.

Throughout her career, Meredith has led high-growth technology companies, transformed organizational cultures, strengthened financial performance, and successfully navigated two company sales and post-acquisition integrations. Today, she facilitates confidential peer advisory groups for CEOs, executives, and trusted advisors, helping leaders challenge assumptions, make better decisions, and achieve meaningful professional and personal growth.

As a Certified Peernovation Facilitator, Meredith helps organizations become more intentional about the trust, candor, accountability, learning, and support that shape how people perform together. Her work combines the practical perspective of an experienced operator with a genuine belief in the power of peers to elevate one another.

Meredith also serves on the board of the Georgia Center for Employee Ownership and as a Feel Free Yoga & Wellness Ambassador. She speaks on executive leadership, business transitions, organizational performance, peer advantage, and lessons learned from two successful exits.
