The Peernovation App provides convenient access to Peernovation insights, resources, diagnostic tools, the Peernovation Performance System™, certification information, and other content designed to help people and organizations activate and harness the power of peer influence to elevate performance.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the App, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.

No Peernovation App Account Required

The Peernovation App is free to download and does not require you to create a Peernovation-specific account to access its publicly available content.

Peernovation does not require you to provide your name, email address, or other personally identifying information simply to download and use the publicly available features of the App.

Information Collected Through the App

The technology and service providers that support the App, including Wix, may automatically collect limited technical, device, and usage information when you use the App.

Depending on the technology and settings involved, this information may include:

• Features or content accessed;

• Whether an App user is new or returning;

Peernovation Diagnostic Tools

The App provides convenient access to Peernovation diagnostic tools, including the Peer Dynamics Snapshot™ and Peer Dynamics Profile™.

These diagnostic tools are hosted on Peernovation's website and are not administered or stored within the App itself. When you choose to access one of these tools, you are directed to the appropriate mobile web page.

Information you voluntarily provide while using a Peernovation diagnostic tool is therefore submitted through Peernovation's web-based services rather than collected directly through the App.

Information submitted through our diagnostic tools may be used to provide the applicable diagnostic experience, results, insights, reports, or related services.

Peernovation does not sell individual diagnostic responses or use them for third-party advertising.

Where appropriate, Peernovation may use aggregated or de-identified information derived from its diagnostic tools to improve our methodology, research, resources, products, and services and to deepen our understanding of peer dynamics and organizational performance. Such use is intended to prevent the identification of individual participants.

Links to the Peernovation Website

The App contains links to content and resources hosted on the Peernovation website, including diagnostic tools, articles, insights, program information, certification information, and other resources.

When you access a Peernovation web page through the App, the website and the technology providers supporting it may collect information associated with your visit. This may include device and browser information, pages visited, interactions with website features, general location information, and other website usage information.

Where required, non-essential website analytics and tracking technologies are subject to applicable cookie and consent preferences.

Information you voluntarily provide through a Peernovation website form, diagnostic, registration page, or other web-based resource will be handled in accordance with the privacy practices applicable to Peernovation's website and the purpose for which the information was submitted.

Because the App does not require a Peernovation-specific account for access to its publicly available content, there is no Peernovation App account that users need to delete.

Information voluntarily provided through Peernovation's website or diagnostic tools may be retained according to the purpose for which it was collected and applicable business or legal requirements.

Where appropriate, information may be deleted, anonymized, or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably required.

Data Security

Peernovation uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

The Peernovation App is designed for a professional and adult audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
